In 2011, the company consolidated one of its most important projects: the transfer of operations to its own headquarters, with 25 thousand square meters of constructed area, in Flores da Cunha, in Serra Gaúcha.
Mod Center (assembly center) with structure of 2 thousand square meters of physical area, near the Ford plant in Camaçari. Its purpose is to meet special projects and series.

The quality culture is old in the organization, pioneering in its segment in the country to certify the Quality Management System in ISO 9001, in 1999. It is also certified in the world automotive standard IATF 16949, an important credential for the supply to the automakers, and BIQS (Basic Quality System), a quality program developed by General Motors to train the supply chain. Kaizen groups work on continuous improvement and the Keko Production System (KPS) maintains focus on lean production by developing the culture of improvement within the company by eliminating all types of losses and wastes.
